Dissipative Soliton Resonance: Adiabatic Theory and Thermodynamics
We present the adiabatic theory of dissipative solitons (DS) of complex cubic-quintic nonlinear Ginzburg-Landau equation (CQGLE). Solutions in the closed analytical form in the spectral domain have the shape of Rayleigh-Jeans distribution for a positive (normal) dispersion. Greenhouse gas emissions 6 percent lower in 2023
Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions were 6 percent lower in 2023 than in 2022. This was mainly due to 22 percent lower emissions in the electricity sector. Less electricity was produced from coal and natural gas. Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM)/Emissions Register report this on the basis of provisional quarterly figures on GHG emissions, in accordance with the IPCC guidelines.

We report results of systematic investigation of dynamics featured by moving two-dimensional (2D) solitons generated by the fractional nonlinear Schroedinger equation (FNLSE) with the cubic-quintic nonlinearity.
